About

Welcome to Sauté, a New World Creole pub and entertainment venue.
Sauté is located in a unique building, originally a house built in 1930, but expanded and used as a restaurant, pub or nightclub since the 1950s. Vacant for several years, we have brought it back to life, with completely new facilities, but highlighting original brick walls and archways. A 2-level bar surrounds both sides of the original entrance to the house, original terrazzo tile flooring adorning one side, while wood floors have been preserved on the other, interior side of the bar. A working fireplace also faces the interior rooms. Our early visitors have described the place as “romantic”, “unique”, “hip”, and “charming”.
Try our unique Teatinis - tea-inspired spirits that have already been a hit with our crowds, as well as our select wine list, Texas beers, and full bar.
